For Home Visit consultations we are able to cover most areas in London and certain areas of Surrey and Kent. We endeavour to give you the best care and support at First choice GP and we will make time around you schedule to see you in person if required.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
PRESCRIPTIONS: (OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY AND COLLECTION)
We are working with Signature Rx for all of your Prescription needs/requests.
After your video consultation if we decide a prescription is necessary (e.g. antibiotics, inhalers, analgesia) you will get an Email or Text Message with a Prescription ID which can be taken to any pharmacy in the UK.
You will also have the option for delivery using the prescription ID; with the details on the Email or Text Message. Same day delivery is available in London with a cut off time at 3pm - and next day delivery outside of London (i.e. Manchester and Birmingham).
If you are at the pharmacy and they are reporting any issues dispensing the medication please contact the support number for Signature Rx: 0333 355 5990, which is available 7 days a week (Monday to Friday 9-6pm or 9-1pm on the weekend).

REFERRALS/LETTERS:
After the video consultation and/or Health Screening we are able write a referral letter for you to take back to your own GP and/or Private Specialist be it cardiologist, gynaecologist etc. We are able to give recommendations in our letters for further tests like X-ray, CT scans but cannot request these at First Choice GP (we can however request blood tests through our service).
Sick Notes can be discussed in your consultation. First Choice GPs will be able to process a valid sick note up to 2 weeks durations if required. After 2 weeks patients will need to ask their own GP for a further review of their sick note.
If you require your consultation notes we are happy to send your notes to your chosen email address.

We are always available at First Choice GP to organise a follow up appointment. If you would like to speak to the GP you have consulted previously then do email us and we will try our best to accommodate.
